Fusion Dance Project!!

We are very happy you have chosen us to be a part of your child’s growth and experience in dance. All of our teachers and staff are very passionate about dance and teaching. You are going to have a great experience at our studio! If at any time you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask our office staff. You can also make an appointment at the front desk to set up a meeting outside of class.

Class Placement

Students are placed in class according to his/her age and ability level. Placement is based on the instructor’s expertise and, therefore, we may move the student to a class we feel is best suited for the student.

Class Attendance

Regular attendance is crucial to ensure proper development and technique. Students participating in the pre-professional program must have consistent attendance and be in class on time in order to remain in the pre-professional program. Students must attend all classes without absence for three weeks prior to all performances. Students who have unexcused absences within that time period may not be allowed to perform. However, a make-up private lesson (at each teacher’s standard rate), may be an option at the teacher’s discretion. Students who are absent four weeks or more (without prior notice to the office) will be dropped and will need to re-enroll based on availability. Please communicate with the office if your child is unable to attend class for any reason.

Adding/Dropping Classes

Enrollment is open during the months of August through June (Depending on class availability). You must give written or verbal notice to our office staff (in-person or via email) by the 15th of the month if dropping a class effective for the next month. Dropping without proper noticewill result in tuition charges to your account for the next month

Make-up Classes

Students may make up two absences per month (within that paid month) in any similar class. Please ask office staff for make-up options. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advanced through the office within a two-week period. Students must check in with the front desk prior to attending their make-up class, to pick up their class pass. No make-up classes for tardiness.

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and Autopay (tuition only) with a credit card on file is processed every 3rd of the month. *You must give us verbal or written authorization to be on Autopay*$15 late fee applies to payment made after the 7th. $20 fee will be applied to your account for any returned checks. As there are months in which students receive five classes, we do not prorate tuition for holidays. In a case where the student attends less than four classes due to Fusion Dance Project being closed on a holiday, you have the option to do a make-up class during that paid month (Ask office staff for options).
